Alpha Natural Rag
The latest product in the Smooth range is Alpha Natural Rag 310gsm, which has been in the product range for 10 years and is recognised as a favourite among master printers worldwide. This product contains no shiny elements, neither in the coating nor in the base, as it is produced 100% acid free, and with residue free cotton. It is free of OBA (optical brighteners). Alpha Natural is ideal for images that stand out on a slightly warm base. -
Omega Rag
Similar to traditional art materials A 100% cotton paper with a 310gsm natural white base. This acid-free paper provides the feel and look of traditional art materials. It has a high volume spectrum and an exceptional ability to reproduce good skin tones, deep blacks and vibrant, crisp colours. Omega Rag 310gsm, Portfolio Rag 220gsm and Portrait White 285gsm, which have the same white base and texture but with the new coating technology. -
Photo Art Silk
This popular paper, with Smooth Art Silk finish, has been revamped to a 290gsm base. It is the only one that, when coated with ink, shows a satin gloss tone. It has been developed to offer improved colour reproduction and tear resistance. This superb coating is not detectable until the ink is applied, which is when it spreads and a subtle, glossy, silky satin sheen is visible. The new Photo Art Silk 290gsm media is ideal for all reproductions involving landscape, wildlife and creative digital art, as well as portraits. -

Portrait Rag
A classic in the PermaJet range. Portrait Rag, retains a 100% cotton base and delicate texture, with a lighter 285gsm base. This product is acid-free and meets the highest standards for digital fine art prints. This material, certified by the independent UKAS laboratory - like many of PermaJet's other products - exceeds the quality standards of the Fine Art Guild and is ideal for fine art and photographic reproductions. With the new coating, it achieves a very wide colour gamut and a very high D-Max, ideal for reproducing softer skin tones and improved image sharpness. -
Portrait White
Whiter than white (Unchanged) This is an acid-free paper. It is suitable for use with photographic reproduction images, as the maximum density is very high and it has a wide colour gamut. Portrait White 285 will bring out the definition of images on matte paper. It is also suitable for reproducing skin tones. Portfolio Rag 220gsm, Omega Rag 310 and Portrait White 285gsm have the same base white and texture but with the new coating technology.
