Shipping and delivery costs
Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of your payment.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order. We recommend you to consolidate your purchases into a single command. We cannot group two distinct orders and you must pay shipping costs for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special attention is paid to parcels containing fragile objects .
If you place an order that you wish to receive outside mainland Spain and Portugal please contact us and we will see which is the best transport option depending on your country of residence.
Tx-lab undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address you indicate on the order form. If you wish to check the status of your shipment, please contact us. In the event of the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
Generally, the delivery times delivery of our products within mainland Spain takes 2 to 3 working days once the order has been placed, except if the products ordered are not in stock at the time of placing the order, which are ordered to order, and their delivery time may exceed 7 to 15 working days.

Returns
The return period is 14 days from shipment, except for B2B (business to business) transactions. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the accessories that were sent. After checking the condition of the product, the amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the customer. The product must be unused and unmarked.
Returns can be made by e-mail or by phone (info@tx-lab.com or call 934361405) We will collect the item from you. The collection costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders over 75 € 6,05 € VAT included.
In the event that the product purchased is defective, tx-lab will take care of the collection of the same provided that you inform us of this circumstance within seven days from the date of shipment. In this case you will have the option to be sent another unit equal to the one purchased or you will receive a full refund of the amount paid including shipping costs and without being recorded in the collection.
In any return for cases of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as any other country outside Spain, the customer will have to take care of the shipment by his own means and the buyer will be responsible for all the costs of the shipment itself as well as the customs and taxes involved in the shipment.
Under no circumstances will Tx-lab pay any duties or fees of any kind.
